چکیده
on sanitation, causes of diseases, mosquitoes, tropical diseases, disinfection, air and ventilation, food, water-supplies, disposal of refuse, etc., and sanitary law. The book is clearly and simply written, and admirably and fully illustrated. The chapter on disinfection struck us as very good and the various means of purifying water are well described. There is a very useful appendix containing numerous tables.
